In military (WW II, Vietnam, etc...) modelling, there is this unwritten rule that you don't model dead or severely wounded figures. Guess this does not apply to WH 40K -> and rightly so, it's just science fiction anyway. Might remind people of Vietnam war, though. It does remind me of it... must admit it is well modelled, though. Modelling like this is generally allowed in wargaming such as WH 40K and WHFB.
