Reinforced Heavy Bunker - Sci-Fi

Scracthbuilt "reinforced heavy bunker" built from "Hardfoam" (Depron+), plastruct and herculite plaster mixed with powders to attain the conrete "look". Conrete slabs were hand "sculpted" and the whole thing is mounted on a large concrete terrain board (embossed EPS sheeting) over an MDF base. Weathering achieved using our own weathering powders and "Scenic Rust". Exterior rubble also made from the hand-made conrete in self-sculpted small blocks (crushed into debris). Top detail (two headed eagle) is cut from a 2mm sliced foam sheet - in hindsight a 1mm thick sheet would be easier to cut and just as effective in producing "texture". I will update with Interior pictures and shots of the "back door" when I get a chance - the interior is lightly detailed with 2 control panels for the roof weapons and a detailed rear entrance made from necromunda bulkhead sections, plastruct tread plate and some love from a sharp scalpel. Roof is removeable, total weight including base is 278 grams, "hardfoam" density is 52kg/m3 so it is considerably stronger (denser) than most styrofoam LB type foams. The overall model is a prototype for a range of sci-fi bunkers we hope to bring out later this year - weaponry on the roof is "fluff" though and not part of the range. Scale is 25mm-30mm (effectively 28mm) Unfortunately the "Scenic Rust" had not had enough time to fully develop on these shots so i will update at some point down the line with more representative shots to illustrate this pretty cool product ("Scenic Rust") made by a UK company.

Thanks! - We've just had this model on display at a 2-day wargame show and it fetched an amazing amount of attention, comments and handling (which it survived without flaw!). So now we're looking forward to complete the pillbox version and the multi-level command version.
