Terran Space Marine from StarCraft

My first mini ever painted (older brother helped me with "big lol" on arms-armour), I enjoy this mini, it was so fun for me to paint it (btw painted 3months ago... X-mas;) ) Marine is about 7,5 cm hight... as it is my first work in painters world, any comments as well as optimistic and critism are welcome...;) Thx for voting bart

I agree with the ohters that this is a nice start. Filling in the lines and then smoothing them out will help you out greatly. I would also thin you paints down. Many thin layerys painted as opposed to 1 thick layer is what you should do. Yes it takes more time but it looks better in the end. And the 2 most important hints I can impart on you are to practice and have fun painting. ~ Jeremy :D

A nice "firtst salvo" into the painting & mini world. Nice brush control which is the basis of almost everything :-) Keep at it & may I recommend the "Articles" section on this site for some great tutorials and hints. And also the "Forums" here, in particular, the "Painting & Conversion" one for getting hints & tips from some seriously talented folks.
