I loved this guy's pose. Looks like he's ambushing someone over a cliff or horizon, so I tryed to add a base that implies that. This is my 1st attempt on NMM. I think it came out alright on the axe. But his shoulder padds just need more work.
I'm also quite fond of this sculpture. I'm wondering if you need to go a few extra steps with the NMM; it seems it's more gray than metal because there arent any real reflection points. I think a few spots that go closer to white would help. Otherwise, nice job -- love the earth tone feeling to the whole figure!
I really like this, a great sculpt complemented by an excellent paintjob. The subdued colour scheme and basework are real standouts. For a 1st effort the NMM is very nice, the forearm guard turned out particularly well.
