Some of my best. I've only been painting for a few months, so go easy. Anyways, the story behind these guys is that Grey Knight Squads occationally take on the colors and heraldy of Inquisitors they've served under. These happend to have served under an Inquisitor from a Japanese [themed] star system. For reference, Akai is Japanese for the color Red.

Well for just two months painting it's not that bad, some suggestions to quickly improve: Thin down the paint and pass your finger through the mini after using some ink so that only the deepest recesses remained inked, and of course go on practicing and reading articles from the internet.
