it was made by citadel miniatures as part of their AD+D range for T.S.R he's an assassin from the 3 stage character set AD+D 008 released in 1985-86 Sculpted by Aly Morrison, also they are becoming very sort after by collectors as the assassins are one set that are hard to find.

It's early G.W., I have the same peice, came in a blister with two versions, this one and one with him standing in a more upright posture with the hood down, just in case that in the 4 years that this has been posted, no ones told you. Thanks for having posted it, brings back happy memories.
