Dark Age Dragyri Tempest on Sculpted base by James
Ok, here's still more NMM and 50mm torture! :-) These gals look really neat when they are done, but it sure can be a challenge getting there! Yikes. The ice base is made from sculpey that was carved after baking. Every time I thought I was finished with this piece, I would notice something new that had to be painted, or highlighted, or glazed, etc. I was confined to a very specific color scheme on this mini, but that only enhanced the challenge :-) It was also interesting to create a more 'vinyl' feel to the clothes.
