I painted this model up for my girlfriend when we first started dating (she really didn't have much idea what my hobby was all about, and this was a combination present and explanation). Recently, I touched it up and brought it with me to the Canadian Golden Demons, where it made it several stages of voting, but failing to make the top three. Ah well, there's always next year... And in case you were wondering, my girlfriend really loved the model.

It's a shame you dropped her, but better her then your girlfriend (wife?). I really like the very bright cartoony look of her; we see too many "dark" models here. No criticism, it looks just perfect to me.

I was just flipping through my own past posts on CMoN and noticed this one again. If anyone was wondering whatever happened with this model, it unfortunately got dropped pretty badly just recently, but the relationship didn't. Wedding is set for August 1st, 2004. Maybe I'll fix it up for our 1st anniversary, or maybe I'll just do up a different one.
