I think it looks fine. The only colors here are black white red and tan. I'm assuming he's wearing leather or cloth pants and gloves which would be tan and a nice, lordly dress shirt as befitting Vlad. I think the color scheme works.
Nice painting but aren't the colours a little bit happy for a vampire-count ? Esp. since we all know, that vampires have always black (oer white, but than with a funny hairdo) hair and use lots of brilliantine :-).
