the trick to applying good looking camo is to paintthe lightest shade first, then work towards the darkest - that'll stop colours showing through. highlighting is definitely needed, and the tracks are screaming out for a drybrushing of a metallic.
For me this falls below the standard I would expect for table top quality. While I like the camo scheme I would like to see some attempt at highlighting and shading. The yellowy brown you have used is also applied badly leaving it scratchy and translucent, and some details which could easily be picked out - the tracks, the suspension coils - have seemingly been ignored.
