Dark Age Dragyri Cyclone #2 on sculpted base by James

Ok, here's some more NMM and 50mm torture! :-) These gals look really neat when they are done, but it sure can be a challenge getting there! Yikes. The ice base is made from sculpey that was carved after baking. Every time I thought I was finished with this piece, I would notice something new that had to be painted, or highlighted, or glazed, etc. This was one of four Dragyri 50mm females which I did at the same time. It was a brutal task, but I needed to have the fleshtones and costume colors remain very consistent. The only way was to face the music and spend many many hours, hoping to keep my paint color from drying on the pallette!

8.7 > well, i hope you got a wet-palette ;) sure it should be an unhealthy job to do 4 50mm figures at one time with that painting level :) very good... i like the gold SE-NMM and the simple but striking ice base!
