I dont think this pic does the miniature justice. It looks like you just painted the eyes white with no pupil. The blending could be a bit smoother and I agree with putting some decos on the cloak. Nice job tho
I like the bright colors and the base is very nice. I think a bit more attention to the red sleeve would help. Also some sort of decoration or border would really liven up that yellow cloak. Good job overall!
