The photo is a little too dark to see really well, but the robes, bow and base look a little above tabeltop quality. If the stripe across his face is supposed to be warpaint or something the skin is tabletop quality. Otherwise, the skin is too harshly highlighted. If you can't get the flesh smooth enough drybrushing, try blending instead.
