Dont wanna be rough on ya mate, but a few things stand out, i dunno if ur new to the hobby or an old timer, either way, check out the forum on how-to'z, Id advise sum watering down on ur paints and take a little bit more time on ur minis, just looks to me like u slabbed on the paint just to get the mini done asap.
not sure what happened to that skirt. it looks like you need a bit better brush and some decent paints. then - practice, practice, practice ... read some of the how-to articles in the articles section. Feel free to u2u me for help.
