You seem to have a very solid skill base, but have yet to get your painting knife to a razor's edge yet. The gray on the armor looks very good and the yellow is very clean. This is an excellent start (much better than all of the crap I paint). I would recommend that you ad symbols to the shoulder pads to tone down the yellow and that you give the heavy flamer some love.
