Ashakia, Dame of Nightmares.
This is figure sculpted by Chaz Eliot for the Reaper Warlord figure line. I have painted very few female nudes but I am pleased with the results. Since she is such an impressive figure I felt that she need something special for the base treatment. As you can see from the photo I have placed her on a textured dungeon floor base. She is coming up through the floor in a small swirl of flame. She is contained within a circle of candles that are paced at the points of a pentagram that is painted on the floor. The base was all scratch built and is a one of a kind. In retrospect, next time I paint a beauty like her I may extend the base and add a figure to act as summoner (or next victim).
