The skin looks excellent, but the red could use stronger highlights. Ditto on Airheads comments, ESPECIALLY the base! A great base could pull this all the way up to an eight.
would not take much to make this a 7...
change the name from "another mini" the regular voters/commenters get tired of it..finish the basing - glue some sand or staic grass to the base - it really makes a difference.. and finally, your lighting needs a bit of work - bring our left side down a bit - not so much overhead, but a bit above head level and pointed at the mini. (look at the portrait studio next time you are at the mall.) I know none of that had to do with painting, but it looks like you have highlighting down pretty good - now show it off.
