Yup, I like this one. I'm always willing to raise the score by a point or two for creativity, especially around the facial presentation on power armour. I think the long trailing purity seals add a very interesting frame to the face, combining with the little reliquary on his chest to make him look like old Methuselah. This kind of implied age is an excellent feature of a good chaplain. The painting's not really my forte but the sculpting looks as though a little more time should have been spent on it. I won't just say 'that looks too crude' as that doesn't really do you any good, so here's a very brief examination of your work and if you want more depth message me and I'll be happy to critique as long as your ego's still standing. The icons on the greaves are too prominent. This could be solved by adding a raised border around the front edges, which would frame them and set them back inside an effective recess. Often this would present a levelling problem but not in this instance, as the purity seals and crux (not very symmetrical btw - I know how hard they are to do right and I think you've had a good shot at it but next time you may want to sculpt it separately and then stick it on) are already increasing the depth of the figure by at least 3mm to my estimation. Anyway, as I said at the start, I really like the thought behind this figure and the execution as well. Please take my comments as coming from firmly in your corner.
