No Such Agency
I can't believe I missed this guy! I also have one, he hasn't been painted since the first attempt in the late 80's which involved Testor's enamels :D I guess I should dig him out for another try. Anyway, this is a very nuanced paint job with a nice base.

Nice one, I think he could use a few more highlights on the skin. And the eye could be defined a bit better ( how bout making them yellow ?)
