Good basic paint job, this mini would look great on the table top. What you need most is more definition and thinner paints to avoid the "thick" look the mini has. The staff for instance, the orange detailing and silver color meet, but it would look much better if there was a thin dark line between the two colors. The dark line does not have to be black, it could be that you paint the detailing first with an orange that is a few shades darker than the final color, then carefully paint the lighter color over, leaving the darker color showing just at the edges. You're on your way, keep painting!
