Here is another sculpey base, this time for the 54 mm Anastasia. I had never painted a 54mm figure until now. I had done large creatures, etc., but they were still 28mm scale. These larger scale figures present a whole new batch of challenges, to be sure! :-)

She's gorgeous, elegant and vibrant without being over the top. Another prime example why you are one of my top 10 favorite painters. Easy on the eye colours, perfectly balanced and smooth. A classic beauty. Flawless in my eyes. The base around it is beautifull to as always... I could stare at it for hours.

Excellent Wappellious, I know you love to challenge yourself with freehand, however your choice here was the right one I think. You've created a simple and profound elegance that fits this sculpt perfectly. Definately an achievement.
