Well this looks like it "should" get a better score but a couple of things let it down:
The image is not very good and the lighting, rather the shadowing, obscures a lot of the detail.
Then the base really lets the rest of the figure down very badly; it looks as though it was done in a rush to get the picture done and it really detracts from what would probably have been a superior job.
Sort the base out, take a better picture and resubmit - it should do better. it deserves too.
