Dreadnought

Hi Everyone. This mini was painted recently after giving up the hobby for approximately 5 years. I am still very rusty and as a result am not completely happy with the resilts achieved but i'm hoping it's at least up to TT standard :) (please). I want to do a little more work on the base and the shading on the las-cannon barrel looks woefully underdone in the picture so I think I will have to do a bit more there too. Thanks, Afro

The legs look really good, and the metallics look pretty decent. But the red, on the main body and the gun there, looks very very flat. It may be the lighting on the figure. If it is, try to put up a better pic- if not, play around with more highlights. Red is a tough color to shade/highlight in general. But for 5 years out of the practice, it doesn't look too shabby.
