This is my very first conversion, I`ve don it 7 years ago. Only the body from the rider was changed with the body of the new High-Elf-General and his sword was changed to the lance from the origimal rider
Really nice conversion, but the wings don't look right with the horse, maybe you can paint them white and\or you can flatten them, because a horse has soft hair, and not rigid fur(try to look at pics of pegasus).
The elf looks also very nice, the skin tone, the emblem on the shield, not bad, but again it doesn't fit with the horse(I think),
beacause the elf has armour and thingumies and the horse doesn't. your painting is not bad, but you should use more layers of highlighting because it now looks just like it's a flat image and by using darker tone>base color+darker tone>base color>highlights(and sometimes even lighter highlights by adding white) as layers your mini should have more depth.But still this is well done.;)
