Strigoi

My husband wanted to enter a tournament with a borrowed army (VC), and needed a strigoi the next day! I painted this guy in 5 hours. It was a good lesson in how to speed things up a bit (I am working painfully slowly). What a cutie! I'd love to hear any feedback and tips for improvement. I"m still pretty new at this.

thanks for the feedback! I was photographing outside, and it was windy, and my paper background kept getting blown over, the figure kept falling over and getting dinged up....the wood was a paperweight! I have a much better setup indoors now!

Excellent work, but the background of the picture (A lump of wood, I think...) detracts from the model a little. Good stuuf though :)

Thats a great paint job for 5 hours. To do it fast that is good enough. To take more time I would have painted his eyes like gems and perhaps his loin cloth a lighter color. Also his braclet maybe gold so it stood out more, otherwise its a good tidy job.
