This is a great conversion. The head and backpack look very strong and clean, but my favourite part is easily his pointing left hand. I'm not sure how much of the wrinkling skin is paint, but it surely fools the eye into adding wrinkles. Beautiful work on the claws too, this may be one of the nicest power fists I've ever seen.

If its an Alfa Legion Marine and you want to be true to the fluff, then you should add some blue to the colour scheme. Right now he does some alot like a salamander marine, but the painting is awesome so never mind that little thing, two thumbs up :)
