I have always liked the dwarf hammerers and yours is very good. I think you may want to shade the gold a bit more just to give it some depth.
The gem on the ring looks excellent and as Torath said the beard also.
I think this mini looks very nice good job especially the beard but I think asking for fair voting will probly bring the harsh score hackers out there to want to chop it up. :) -Torath- Happy painting and may your paints never dry -cheers-
