Neat figure - unfortunately I can't help identify the manufacturer. I like the colors you've chosen and the markings on the robe are a nice addition. The base could use another level or 2 of highlighting to make it a bit more prominent. The weapon shafts could use some more shading/highlighting - right now they look a bit flat. Nice, clean job.
Not a bad job here. A bit of definition between colurs would help it, try some fine blacklining in places like where the gloves meet the weapon hafts and were the brown meets the purple on th robes.
Nice colour choices and I like the base too. I think a very light drybrush of a lighter grey would help the base. With these simple steps your mini should be a good seven.
