you are right in all points :), it was a very carefull try in NMM LOL.
the beart was also a try in "without inking" i put for sure about 30 layers on the beart.
and you are also right with the banner.

Very nice, i need to try some NMM myself, if it-s your first attempt it-s very incouraging. I think you could add some more depth and definition to his beard though, use a thin ink and paint it in at the base of his beard and 'stash (close to his skin). I think the banner looks a bit monochrome, as though it's made on stone or one type of metal, i would use more colours here.
