I like the look on this mini which is something to say as I hate bugbear minis, the skintone is very well done as is the red shirt. Two things I would do is to darken down the teeth a little back towards the bottom of them and also darken down the metal on the shoulder armour (though that may be the light source reflecting back). Also give him a base mate your painting deserves to be shown off and that would just finish it off nicely. It doesn't have to be fancy put it on a square plastic slotta base or something like that and then cover it with sand or something like, try to hide the cast metal base and paint it up and highlight the usual way. The browns look good, the red looks like it could use a bit more shading. And I think your picture's is a bit too harsh, maybe the contrast seting.
