A couple of things could really help your score here. Unfortunately they are not painting related, but camera work. 1. Clean up the background. Get a blue/white fade a use it like a backdrop. 2. set the camera to stay open longer (like 1/8 second) to bring all of the mini into focus.
Mini related, the color of the cloak is too close to flesh and the skintones are getting lost in it. I like how you have handled the beige of the cape, but it does now work with the rest of the colors here.
