Second-story Man

I went with a very different approach with this mini. I figure a smart thief wouldn't be plying his trade in the day, so I tried to paint him as if he were standing in darkness. I tried to stick to dark colors, and any more normal colors were mixed with a dark grey, and dark washes were used over many places. Over all I was pleased with the way it came out, especially since I had never tried any thing like this. In real life this mini is even darker, and has a more uniform look, but the bright lights used to take the photos negate quite a bit of that.

Most unusual effect, most people go with blues and greys to get a night effect, this appears very green. Actually when I saw the thumbnail I though it was the green for the mini with the various greenish and brown tones.
