Pythie

Meh, I had a grand idea for that mini : placing it atop Mirvilis d'Allmoon's angel. Then I screwed up the angel, stripped it, and never found the courage to start work on it again. After like a month of that mini sitting on my desk, I finally cooked up a simple base. The big horns/cloak/shoulder towers thing the Pythie normally comes with were deliberately omitted, since for one I don't like the oversized, uh, things, sitting on her shoulders (what *are* they anyway ?) and for two the sculpt was horribly adjusted and I was too lazy to take out the power tools. So there ; it's not like I don't like it, but seeing how short it comes of what it could have been with the angel is rather disappointing in its own right.

Sweet fig! Don't be so down on yerself this girl rocks! I looooove the blue tones and the ridculously wicked NMM. As to the angel thing, I like her on the ground she looks to be walking forward, on a high promontory it'd look like she's gonna jump off! lol but overall this is great work... makes me wish I hadn't been influenced by GW's painters so much because Rackham ROCKS!

Sorry about the angel, but Pythia looks great on her own! You've chosen a very striking colour scheme. Both the blue colours and the nmm is excellent. And... THANK YOU for losing that 'thing' on her shoulders! :D -Anders
