While this mini is beautifully painted, it lacks a certain "umph" to it. All of the colours are subdued and by doing that you dont really give the eye something to feast on (though I like the effect on the armour, you should try and create a more brighter contrast elsewhere). Also I find some of the skulls a tad yellow for my taste.
But all in all a fine piece of work!
