Ten-Dollar Dragon

Have you ever seen the gaudy 'junk' they sell in the gas stations? Well, this is my Ten-Dollar Dragon from the local Quick E Mart...He was sold painted in incredibly garish Purples, golds and blues, and the 'rock' that he sits on was a bright pink see through resin. I spray painted him white, and then went to work on him, trying desparately to turn him into something presentable. I have to admit, he has been well worth the 10 bucks (especially since you can't buy some 'bitz' for that cheap) You can see the 25mm Chaos mutant next to him for scale (see pic 74290 for him). The color red and I seem to have a love/hate relationship when it comes to photography. Seriously, there is much depth and shading done on the scales, but for the life of me I cannot get it to be faithfully represented, so in frustration I just posted the best pics I could. If you want a great sized dragon (and there are many more poses and styles) for gaming sessions or just for painting practice, it is hard to beat this fellow. Just think, I could get 20 of these for the price of just one Forgeworld Dragon!! Lol. Please vote and comment. Thanks, Supervike
