Grot Shamen for Inquisitor
Part of my Radical Inquisitors Retinue is Ma Jik, the infamous Grot Shaman (Shaperson!), mistress of magic, miscasts and mayhem, though she is only really proficient in the last two. If you need a Prince turning into a toad, this is the girl for you. Some say that Fabius Bile had a hand in her creation, deftly blending strands of genetic material taken from the Orks with segments of Human DNA. Unfortunately, it was with the selection of the later that the problems began. If only Fabius had read the labels on the test tubes he spirited away from the Relictors vault, he may have realised that material derived from Paul Daniels and the Krankies would mean it was all going to end in tears. The basis for the figure is a GW Fimir, with the tail and head removed. The head comes from a GW River Troll, and the right arm from their Inquisitor Range Quovandius. The staff is the original Fimir Staff, topped off with a WHFB plastic Night Goblin Standard top, the skull also comes from the Quovandius figure. Other additions not clear in the picture are a spell book made from a plate from the 40k Chaos Tank accessory sprue, and a long bladed knife, made from a scythe blade taken from the plastic Zombie Regiment. All in all, a pretty straight forward conversion, IF, you can get hold of the now OOP Fimir, though some of the other Inquisitor Range might provide a suitable body.
