I think the kroot's skin needs some more highlightings and a smoother transition from dark shades to reds. The "hair" looks perfect to me. The big bug has a great grey. The boltgun metal parts on the weapon look too... homogeneous; try to add some details. Good painting job... but you asked for comments...
