None of the Tanith were plasma troopers, but they sculpted them with plasma rifles anyhoo (think of it as spoils of war or something). If you look at Wersuns arm he has a tatto, and the other tropers face and other arm which are both hidden have tattoes, I'll get more pictures of these two up showing several angles so it will be clearer
