Well this is my first time posting on CMON Lieutenant Varras from the Battle Of Macragge set, he will probably end up as being my objective marker for my New Ultramarine Army. First time I tried using flour as a base for snow, it falls of alot even if you glue and varnish it, so be warned!

hey Tanith- I used baking soda white glue and water for the snow bases on the Space Wolf army I painted. Look at them in my gallery and see if you like and PM me if you want more detailed instructions.- Tom

Interesting. Is that expesive? Im going to experiment somewhat with my Ultra Force to see if I cant come up with a good alternative (or at least relatively cheep and easy way of getting snow covered bases).

Well, try "soda bicarbonat" (i'm not sure bout my translation, the thing for healing belly-ache you know?) But the best remains modelling snow or white flock... -Kow
