Legion of the Damned Sgt Centurius

I've been told that I do bones and flames fairly well, so I decided to put those skills to the test on a Legion of the Damned model. In hindsight, I may have been a bit too subtle with the black highlights, but c'est la vie. I have to say that I'm still pretty happy with how the bone and flames turned out.

Sorry about the orange tint on the bones. In daylight, the bones look more tan to white, whereas under artificial interior lighting, the off white of the bones ended up picking up a yellow-orange tint. I'm going to have to invest in an Ott-light for photography one of these days... As for the head, the face was so pinched and drawn, I immediately saw the skull-like similarities. Since the armour is decorated like a skeleton, I thought it only made sense to paint his head to match. It wasn't a "natural" colour for skin, but Legion of the Damned marines are supposed to be ghostly apparitions, so the "natural" look was completely out.

I like it however, the head looks to me like the same color as the bones. Was this intentional?
