I finnally finished one in time to actually enter the contest. Sorry about the repost I have been playing with my camera and lighting and I think that this is a much better picture. I did have problems getting the Mantis flower to look right.

Although I do not like the use of purple in contrast to the white in the cloak, it is still a great miniature and looks awesome!

Very smooth blending. The skintones you have chosen are perfectm maybe the chin is a little bit to white. Simple but good freehand. Keep on.
