Interesting model, but both the banner and the directional lighting of the halberd are so overdone it ruins the overall effect. Less is more, and that defenitely counts in this case, try a smaller banner(your freehand will look more impressive that way too), and keep the green light to a minimum, so that it is only touching a small area of the face, and the edges of the shoulderpad.
