If this is one of your first painting it's not bad at all. You applied plain colors only, but you applied them carefully and cleanly and that is a good start point. One thing you should investigate now is simple relief technics such as watering and its opposite, dry brushing. Look at the articles section of that site, you should find all the tutorials you need. After that, all you will need is practice and patience. Seeing how cleanly you did that one, no doubt you will progress quickly.
