One of the older orks I did a while back. Fairly happy with a number of details on it. Tried to keep the skin a really dark green with only minor highlighting, for an older, tougher ork.
I agree though he needs some more highlights to his skin. Also the banner, being the lightest, seems to get the most focus. The head hanging from the pole needs at least some shading. Lastly, I'm not a big fan of texture on the sides of a base...
I like the look oveall, but the skin DOES ned some more highlighting... it gets lost in the dark pallet. Maybe highlight using gray mixed to give an "older" look.
