Crossbowman with pavise

The miniatures from the new Mindstalker / Manor House Workshop game are heavily inspired by true historical man-at-arms so I have painted the pavise* copying a real one I have seen in a museum. I have also used metallic paint shading them with the same NMM techniques. Paolo * the pavise was a large shields used as cover by archers and crossbowmen.

You're right.. It's a 40mm miniature with 25mm scale legs ;)

Really nice freehand on the parvis. And good job on the metallics. But that guy as some strange proportions, looks like he as really skiny legs, not your fault though.
