This is my second attempt at Sky-Earth NMM on the axe-head. I added tattoos all around both arms with a micron pigma pen, then gave them a light flesh tone wash to give them an 'aged & faded' look.

I really like the flesh treatment - tattoos work well. The NMM effect . . . mm . . .apart from believing this kind of thing really belongs with CGI models, I'd query whether a warrior should have a mirror bright axe
