The quality of the image, or lack thereof, will not entice people to vote or give comments easily i'm afraid, but of whati can make out, a drybrush of ultramarines blue mixed with a little white wiull do wonders for the tank. make sure to use a flat 1/4 inch brush or bigger, anything smaller will produce streaks.
