Guardian of the Blind Dreadnought - Vivax

Armor airbrushed with tamiya, model master, and vallejo game color paints. Smaller details handbrushed. The gems turned out especially well. Unfortunately, many people say that it is bland... but I am happy with it, for the most part. I plan on adding alittle bit of weathering around the legs. +++I haven't decided on a chapter emblem yet+++

Nice job, just worth the 8. It'd go up another for freehand designs on that shield :)

The model shows your kill with the airbrush, evry nice inward fading, but airbrush work should be followed by washes and weathering/ageing to give arealistic finish. You might have a look at www.missing-lynx.com for some advice on military-style painting by some of the world´s to artists.

I really love the smoothness of the Armour. The metal areas on the back of the legs looks great too. I think a little bit of weathering would really bring this to 'life'. Bits of silver on the edges of the armour where paint has 'chipped' off would look really good...
