Inquisitor

at the beginning there was a daemon- a very, VERY large and mostly scrathbuilt one- stepping from a pool of glowing lava(pic 70265). at the time i finished the daemon model i was afraid to try a light effect i never painted before on my beloved piece of work. so- i built an adversary (this inquisitor/daemonhunter) to test the light-from-lava-below-effect. in fact, in the end i like this "test-piece" even more and invested more love and time in it...this is life. Made from a plastic termi with massive surgical trauma and a host of changes, i particular like the effect the two light sources give the mini... but this is just me, much more important is if you like it! let me know what you think! thanx for looking!

A lot of drama in this piece but perhaps a bit overwhelming for the viewer. The two light sources compete for the viewer's attention - perhaps taking away from the overall effect. The 'electric' treatment on the blade is absolutely the best. A very ambitious piece.
