Not too shabby. The eyes are neat, but he looks like he saw a ghost (or a balrog!!). Well, a wise old man like Gandalf should always keep his cool. Take a bright flesh color (elf flesh) and paint a thin line under and above the eye and that will make them look much better. Water those paintes down a little more as well.
